Musical Mosaic is developed as an open source service which uses the Web APIs provided by Spotify.

By using this service, you consent to the use of your Spotify username, and playback data of your top tracks to generate the images.

To see all the data that is accessed by Musical Mosaic, you can have a look at the:

1. Application source code
2. "Get Current User's Profile" endpoint from Spotify
3. "Get User's Top Items" endpoint from Spotify

None of this data is stored or collected by Musical Mosaic. It is also NOT shared with any third parties.

All information is solely used to process your photo, and is done all on your device.
